Editorial Standards

Who we are
Content on this site is produced by the Succession Editorial Desk, the in-house editorial function of Succession Holding LLC. We publish under the desk name rather than individual bylines.
How we research
- Primary sources first. We build on identifiable primary material: agency releases, regulatory filings, court records, lender publications, and established industry datasets — cited by name so you can check our work.
- Analysis is labeled as analysis. When we interpret data or walk through deal math, the reasoning is shown step by step. Frameworks and hypotheticals are presented as illustrations, not predictions.
- No invented material. We don't fabricate statistics, studies, quotes, credentials, or sources. If a number can't be traced to a source, it doesn't get published as fact.
Corrections policy
We correct the record promptly and transparently:
- Report it: email info@successionholdingllc.com with "Correction" in the subject line, a link to the piece, and what's wrong.
- We review every report against the cited sources.
- We fix confirmed errors in the article itself. Substantive corrections are noted at the top of the piece with the date; typographical fixes are made silently.
Independence
Our coverage isn't sponsored, and we don't accept payment for editorial placement. If that ever changes for a specific piece, it will be labeled.
Feedback
We welcome source tips, topic suggestions, and pushback on our analysis at info@successionholdingllc.com. Strong counterarguments make the work better.
